Support Scholarships, Fellowships, and Emergency Funds

Supporting students through scholarships and fellowships is one of Michigan Tech's top priorities. Donor-funded scholarships (for undergraduate students) and fellowships (for graduate students) make a difference in the lives of those in need. Your gift, combined with gifts from others, will help prepare Michigan Tech students to create the future.

Additionally, emergency funds—like the Student Husky Emergency Assistance Fund—help provide immediate assistance to students who are experiencing hardship as a result of a crisis, such as a fire or flood, a personal injury, or family illness or death.

Bre Wakeham was a beloved member of the Michigan Tech community and her impact continues to live on. Help us honor her legacy by contributing to the Bre Wakeham Memorial Scholarship. Gifts will be used to establish an endowed scholarship, and for every $1 donated during Give Back to the Pack, $2 will be matched by an anonymous donor, up to $20,000.

2025 Reunion Giving Challenge

In honor of his upcoming 50th reunion, Geoff Weller, Class of 1975 Reunion Giving Chair, is challenging alumni from this year’s honored classes—1955, 1960, 1965, 1970, 1975, 1985, 1995, 2000, 2005, and 2015—to give back and unlock additional support. For every 10 donations from these classes, Geoff will contribute $5,000, up to $50,000, to Michigan Tech. Gifts to any fund will count.
